Cambridge Life Sciences Limited, a privately owned company
ELY, Cambridgeshire, January 2004 Cambridge Life Sciences Ltd are pleased to announce that at the end of 2003, the management of Cambridge Life Sciences (CLS) has purchased 100% of the shares from the former parent company ALTANA Pharma AG. Managing Director Peter Blake comments "Having been one of the original companies founded as part of the Cambridge Phenomenon we are excited by the prospect of putting Cambridge Life Sciences back on the Cambridge and UK map".
Cambridge Life Sciences will continue to invest in Research and Development, both in their core areas of expertise as well as in their proprietary Biosensor and Immunosensor Technologies. The company is also keen to grow its partnerships and university collaborations in the area of nanotechnology.
